Build a statistics page showing both PEPPOL network expansion and PD Coverage #34

It would be useful to capture and publish statistics for the expansion of both SML registrations as well as the % coverage of PD. This could be tracked and published on a regular basis, showing country-level coverage expansion and changes over time. The initial testing of the PDBC export, and offline analysis in an Excel Pivot requires some manual effort, and it would be worthwhile to examine whether this can be automated either partly or fully

I started creating an automatic Excel export as a starting point.

Excel export takes too much memory. For statistics it would be needed to count some key statistics periodically
