Fix dataset links in README #7

Looks like the hs_pbmc dataset may not still be accessible at the old link. Suggestion: replace with the hs_pbmc3 dataset?

Also, more generally, let's start using these issues for 'to do' items

Updated readme, but the jupyter notebook is still using the old dataset

There's the zip containing datasets and linked in the examples section of the README, so maybe this is OK.
