User Added Fanart Not Used

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Placed user jpg files in fanart music folder

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Files are not displayed in MP nor are they listed in the configuration program.

What sversion of the Fanart Handler plugin are you using?
2.2.1

What skin and version of the skin are you using?
StreamedMP 1.4.0

Please provide any additional information below.
Files are properly named and worked in the previous version of the plugin. 
Example: Buddy Guy1.jpg

Hi,

Thank you for your report. I cannot reproduces this. Please include 
fanarthanlder.log and fanarthandler_config.log otherwise I cannot fix this 
issue.
