Option to manually add artwork and artist thumb #106

The scraping of artist thumbs is a gaping hole in the artwork content in 
MediaPortal. I suggest that a manual "editor" of sorts is implemented, so that 
users can not only import local fanart (already implemented) but also simply 
right-click an artist name in the Manage Fanart tab and a context menu appears:

Add artist thumb
Add local fanart
Etc

The second option allows people who has music made by their friends, or own 
produced for example to add artwork even though there's none available online 
that the scraper can find.

Thank you for your report. This is now added and is included in next version 
that will be released very soon (version 2.2.4).

I have added two new buttons to the"Manage Fanart" tab in FanartHandler 
configuration. The first new button is called "Edit Image Path". This button 
enables you to edit an automatically matched fanart image or add a manual image 
to an artist that has no fanart. The second button is for adding more images to 
existing artists.

Would it be possible (in the future) to select FanArt on an album basis as well 
(for Various Artists)?
