Add option to enable /disable overwriting of music artist thumbs #114

is it possible to add an extra option to determine whether scraped artist 
thumbs can overwrite existing thumbs.  (even better would be nice to lock some 
thumbs but that is probably too much of an effort)

Is included in v2.2.4 that will be available in a few weeks.
