Special Characters like + #117

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Havinf an artist name like "Florence + the Machine"
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should Scrap artwork, but does no find it,because the + is removed in the fanrt 
handler DB. htbackdrops.com defenitivly has artwork for "Florence + the 
Machine".

What sversion of the Fanart Handler plugin are you using?
newest, i think 2.2.2 or 2.2.3 something like that.

What skin and version of the skin are you using?
newest streamedmp

I can confirm this issue. I was running into the same problem with 'Bob Marley 
& The Wailers'. The Fanart is found on htbackdrops but is saved with the '&' 
character, resulting in the fanart not showing up when artist is playing.

"and" and "&" is a big problem.

artistname mp3 idtag: the naked and famous
htbackdrops.com: the naked and famous

fanarthandler entries: 1)the naked famous
                       2)the naked & famous

--->result: no image is shown when playing the naked and famous

Thank you for this report. This should be solved in version 2.4 that will be 
released soon. Please let me know if everything works once the version is 
available.
