Minimum time option to change selected fanart #125

When going through a list of music artists the selected fanart can popup/change 
a bit to often and is hard on the eyes.

Allow the user to set a minimum time between changing the selected fanart.

eg: If time is set to 2 seconds, only after 2 seconds will the fanart change to 
the selected item. Default could be set to 0 for compatibilty with current 
settings. Please allow user to set time in milliseconds.
