Crop instead of stretch 4:3 images for fanart #127

Hi!

I would like FH to offer the option to show 4:3 fanart cropped (up and down) 
instead of stretched, in case of widescreen skin. All of my pictures are taken 
in 4:3, and I would like not to see them with AR changed. In case of people in 
the photo, it's really noticeable and ugly. Now I must to manually crop them 
before storing in picture fanart directory.

Thank you for your request but this is a skin issue and can be solved in your 
skin by the skin developer/designer.
