config not scraping after clean install #40

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Clean install of final 1.1
2. run scraper from config

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of seeing fanart appear in widow, ..nothing. info below lists
number of artist in music db and counts-up number of artists added to
fanart db, and counts-up artists uninitialized... but no artists are
downloaded.

config log shows that no connection to HTBackdrops.com and no artist found.

What sversion of the Fanart Handler plugin are you using?

1.1 final

What skin and version of the skin are you using?

Blue3 mod (1.0.2), XP MCE SP3

Please provide any additional information below.
