1.3rc2 - scraper dnloads image agin if already present in db/folder #62

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Scrape from manager.
2.halt scrape at some point (my test was about 20% through)
3.reset scrape and start new scrape (did not delete images)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

when scrape was done, there were 2 copies of each image previously scraped,
with new random number. Handler config log shows that image was found and
then downloads it anyway as if it wasn't in the db.

handler 1.3 rc 2, MP 1.0.2, XP MCE rc 3

Hi,

Is this log file really from what you describe? I cannot see any duplicates in
it.

best regards

I double checked the log file I sent... it is correct... but I apparently
misread it...

nonetheless, I did have double copies of fanart. I've since deleted and
rescraped so
I can run MP for the evening. I can't test again until much later tonight.

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback. I have done some testings and the only way I can
achive
what you are describing is if I do this;
1. Delete the fanarthandler.db3
2. Install the new version
3. "Forget to delete fanart in the music folder"
4. Start MP, this loads the local fanart
5. MP then scrapes or I start config and scraped

With these steps I get duplicated. This cannot be avoided as the database was
deleted
but not the local files.

Please let me know if you can reproduce your issue.

best regards
cul8er

Also: please remember that htbackdrops.com has duplicate images for some
artists in
different resolutions, sometimes it also has duplicate images for the same
artist in
the same resolution too, but i'm sure you know this already (just in case you
didn't).

I could not get it to repeat the issue..... consider this closed. It could have
been
possibly (eating crow) my error.

Thanks for putting up with me :D
