playback issues when fanart is enabled. #66

it seems the fanart plugin is eating a lot of CPU when video is being
played back.  I'm using the latest one that's in the xfactor svn.

This issue is now fixed (I hope). Please verify using the version 1.3 that I 
will 
release later tonight.
