Enhancement: Prefer 1080P fanart #87

Add a check box in Music Fanart: Scraper Settings

[ ] Prefer 1080P fanart

If both 720P & 1080P images are available to download on htbackdrops it will 
download the 1080P images first before trying to download any 720P images.  
This would effect the now playing scraper and the manual music database scraper.

If this option is enabled then both scrapers will not attempt to download any 
720P images from htbackdrops

[ ] Skip 720P images when 1080P Fanart Available

If the option is enabled then if the user has both 720P and 1080P images 
available it will not display the 720P ones.
