MPEI installed 'FanartHandler.org' to incorrect 'custom' Database directory #88

1. Set DataBase path to be a custom folder e.g C:\MediaPortal\Database in the 
MediaPortalDirs.xml file.
2. Copy across all your databases into that folder and confirm everything is OK.
3. Install FanartHandler 2.1.1

Result: 'FanartHandler.org is installed to %ProgramData%\Team 
MediaPortal\MediaPortal instead c:\MediaPortal\Database
