Update Chinese translation #1754

Hi @rerbin Thanks for contributing to Phoenix Code.

The correct file to make the translation changes is : src/nls/zh-cn/strings.js . Can you raise another pull request with the changes in that file?

I am closing this pr as the file src/nls/zh-cn/lastTranslatedLocale.json is reserved for by our AI translations framework.
