Not working on Notepad++ 6.5

It was working quite nice until I recently updated to the latest version of Notepad++, now whenever I try to replace in all documents it only replaces it in one document. Find All returns, "1 match found" even though I have many similar lines. I tried to uninstall notepad++ and install the older version but that didn't solve it either. Any ideas, why it is not working?

Hi, I've been unable to replicate this, I've tried downloading notepad++ 6.5 and it seems to work fine. Can you please try the following;

• Download the Notepad++ zip package from this page http://notepad-plus-plus.org/download/v6.5.1.html
• Extract it to a new location on your hard drive (thus creating a fresh install with default settings)
• Download NppToolBucket-1.4.zip from GitHub https://github.com/phdesign/NppToolBucket/downloads
• Extract it to the plugins folder of the fresh Notepad++ download
• Try replace in all documents and see if it works again.

If this doesn't work, please post example search / replace string and files.
