Unable to get below 18MHz or invoke the Band plan #67

I patched and installed the 0.5 (also tried with 0.41). When I long-press '0' I get "Wait" (on 0.5) and then it gets stuck there, with no option other than turning it off and on again. Same behaviour with 0.41 except no wait message. Can't get below 18MHz anyhow. I can hear some broadcasts above 18MHz.

Issue was with the HF patch board. Removed and replaced with a version 1 HF board and FW 0.5 works fine.
