I'm sorry if I've missed it but I've looked all over the web and can't find a good answer. What program software can be used to program channels? I've tried chirp and it says the radio is not supported. My radio is running cec0.5hf and is a k6 that was purchased already modded on aliexpress

CHIRP does not support firmware other than "EGZUMER" and others. This FW is labelled "CEC0...." so don't work. Solutions are to rename the FW or to make a script to let CHIRP support CEC...
