Version 0.5 fails on Nexus (Sonatype) deployment

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. mvn clean deploy (will upload artifacts to Sonatype Nexus)
2. Try to close staging repository
3. as described here

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The signature of uploaded artifacts is wrong and staging repository can not be 
closed.

I could publish 0.5 release to Sonatype repo with a manual upload. For that I 
lower priority and fix the issue for release 0.6.

Maybe it could make sense to re-factor project structure having more sub 
modules for separation of concerns.
