melpa #3

This package is a lifesaver. I was wondering if we could put it up on the melpa package repository (they can reference git urls to keep things up to date).

hmm, sure. it's been a long time since i messed with it, and i'm not sure if it works well anymore, particularly with latest versions of emacs.

i'm on emacs 24 and haven't had any issues as of yet <3

you know, one thing the package doesn't handle well is if a file changes - say you add more lines to a file before some breadcrumbs - they are all off from that point forward. i'd say it's worth fixing, i could add an issue to the list ...
