Lost setup #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Added stock symbols
2. minimized edit panel
3. moved frame in iGoogle
4. reverted to original settings and symbols.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

if i edit symbols and move window i do not expect to lose my edits, and i
do lose them.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

i just added it today (3/17/2009)

Same here - I've pasted the code to embed the gadget in my site, and the gadget 
shows up working 
(http://www.gmodules.com/ig/creator?synd=open&url=http%3A%2F%2Fstockportfoliogg.
googlecode.com%2Fsvn%2Freleased%2Fportfolio.xml&lang=en)

But all changes to the portfolio are lost each time the page is reloaded.
I'd expect that syndicating the gadget is supposed to work, and that some 
cookie magic would make changes to "persist".

Am I trying something I'm not supposed to (syndicating)?
