cleaning up version 2 #9

added missing .mat gain files (they were .gitignored) went through each scenario to ensure simulation looks reasonable (deleted "optimize" scenario) fixed GCAS logic when plane is inverted and added test scenario

don't merge this yet, trying to debug differences in simulation... will reopen later
