Improve sequential rendering example section #91

Add for i in (foreach style) rendering example.

Also changed section header to be more general as it was just about rendering lists.

I think more could be added also from what would be possible but I was looking for this.

Would it make sense to link to https://phel-lang.org/documentation/api/#for also as it explains many possibilities, if it follows same rules inside html expression? Didn't look that deep yet..
