Rename this project to Drupal CMS #169

Drupal CMS has been chosen as the official product name of the Starshot initiative, and development will soon begin on a d.o-hosted GitLab repo that will iterate off the strong basis we've built in this prototype. :)

To get ready for that, let's rename everything in this project to Drupal CMS.
