feat: add Simple Add More #75

We have been successfully using Simple Add More in all of our projects.

The reasoning behind using them are documented here.

Simple Add More - I have no real objections here!

Type Tray - to me, this only makes sense if we can provide some imagery for our bundled content types. Could we add Type Tray, along with icons for the content types, in a separate PR?

oh! It makes sense. I will split those modules in two PRs. You are right, we should provide sensible defaults for icons.

Having reviewed the module's intentions and configuration, I think this is a no-brainer. This UX improvement should be in core; I can absolutely see it being intimidating for editors if they're presented with ALL THE THINGS, when they only need to enter a few of those things (if any).
