[calendar] new installation, cannot create any new events - no error #788

I.  Issue Description:
Calendar -> "New event" does nothing.
Calendar -> bottom of window pane says "Loading" indefinitely.
There is no error message, no error in log

Where did you read that the plugin is compatible with Roundcube 1.1 yet?

MyRoundcube 1.1 branch has not been released yet.

Also please first check if such tickets have already been posted. This is at 
least the third invalid ticket in this regards.

To you comment 'no error'. There are errors in the javascript console. When 
reporting an error it is not enough to check web server/Roundcube logs; you 
also have to check javascript console (Chrome + F12).
