[jappix4roundcube] When enabled, logging out of Roundcube hangs #796

I.  Issue Description: When enabled, logging out of Roundcube will not log out, 
it just hangs and eventually comes to the login screen saying Your session is 
invalid or expired.

II. Steps to reproduce the Issue:
1. Enable jappix4roundcube
2. Logout of Roundcube
