[calendar] Error after upgrading to 22.0.1 #820

I.  Issue Description:
After upgrading to latest plugins (Calendar 22.0.1) I get the following error 
in the log:
PHP Fatal error:  Cannot redeclare class database_driver in 
/var/www/html/roundcubemail/plugins/calendar/drivers/database/database_driver.ph
p on line 2072

II. Steps to reproduce the Issue:
1. Any access to RC generate the error.
