Matrix transpose for all year of Onset_Greenness_Increase fails. #12

Without a mask and using kmeans light, Matrix Transpose fails. It seems the system runs out of resources. We need a bigger cluster. For now we will try the normal kmeans notebook where NaN are filtered out.

Having a mask to filter out everything outside USA would also be helpful.

Kmeans light is not used anymore. So the issue is invalid.
