Autocrack only outputs to /root

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.run program from a location not in/root ie: "sh 
/Desktop/autocrack/autocrack.sh"
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expect all files and temporary folders to be put in /Desktop/autocrack/ instead 
all files and folders are written to /root

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version uploaded Jan 2010

Please provide any additional information below.
would just like this program to be much cleaner and not clog up my /root

Forgot to add I'm using backtrack 5.

I will see what i can do about this. But in the mean time try switching to the 
directory that you wish it to be ran in first "cd 
/Desktop/autocrack/autocrack.sh" "sh autocrack.sh"
