This might have been an oversight ICGC uses these items -- I think that you could calculate the total dose with either. We might need to ask.

radiation_therapy_fractions Indicate the total number of fractions delivered as part of treatment. Core Required INTEGER radiation_therapy_dosage Indicate the total dose given in units of Gray (Gy). Core Required INTEGER

There is no cumulative fractions in the ARGO spec https://docs.icgc-argo.org/dictionary, so I don't think we missed anything.
