We need to have an HpoOntology object somewhere to do the validation. I have made it final to maintain thread safety. Is this a good way to go?

@ielis @julesjacobsen I think this PR is stale and we should just close/delete it. I will do so on Wednesday unless somebody shouts.

This looks to be very stale! Consider this closed, although it would be good to update the properties in the pom.
