Fix time out #294

Redesigned:

Note that I did not create timout counter, for 2 reasons:

  1. If login expired, any API call would trigger 401 error, then auto logout should be done.
  2. I noticed the expire time would be increased if user keep using the page, for example, initially user have 1 hour, but if he/she keeps sending API, the expire time would be increased accordingly, I guess the backend would re-count 1hour everytime user send API request, or at least is_logged_in request.
