The proposals are loaded via: src/org/phenoscape/io/PhenotypeProposalsLoader.java This creates proposal objects: src/org/phenoscape/model/PhenotypeProposal.java They are displayed here: src/org/phenoscape/view/PhenotypeProposalComponent.java
