Doesn't update with selection of ontology terms. I tried browsing VTO but didn't appear in the tree.

This is working fine for me. Can you explain more of the problem?

We couldn't navigate the TTO using the Valid Taxon field. Paula also had the same issue.

That should be VTO. Also, the tree view works fine with the Character fields.

This was caused by a circular relationship in VTO which has been fixed. You shouldn't see the problem anymore.
