mismatch between phenotype report and nexml file #9

We noticed that annotations in the phenotype report are in some cases not matching what's in the nexml file. Example:

For Anderson_2001.xml , character 168 , state 1

Phenotype spreadsheet has:

Entity label: count and (OBO_REL_part_of some (skeleton of acropodium and (OBO_REL_part_of some manus)))

PHenex file has: Entity: manual digit

Also, there was an example where the Phenex file was missing the annotation report in the spreadsheet (we've fixed this one already).
