Fix 500 error from /similarity/frequency with many IRI for dev v2-beta #572

When sending a POST request to /similarity/frequency with a payload of 912 IRIs a 500 error occurs. These IRIs are from a subsumer matrix created for some phenotypes "maxilla" with taxon = "Cyprinidae". The example command that fails is in similarity_freq.txt.
