Detach this fork from upstream #118

This repo was originally forked from angular/angular-seed, and for the most part there hasn't been much harm from it. However, it adds some sources of confusion to making pull requests from forks, making pull requests from a fork through the online editor doesn't work, and Github search does not work for code in a forked repo. And we don't ever intend to pull from upstream, do we?

Therefore I suggest to detach this repo from upstream so it's no longer a fork. Apparently this can be done through Github support: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/16052477/delete-fork-dependency-of-a-github-repository

Any objections to or concerns with initiating this?

Good idea! I wouldn't do it this way if I were starting now.
