Search help/info pop-up box #64

Add link to an info pop-up box next to the search field that contains text explaining how the search results were generated. For example: "search results are listed beginning with exact matches to term name, followed by matches to synonyms"

Closing this because it was relevant only to an earlier version of the KB. The search results are now more clearly organized.
