Add expanding/collapsing filter box #90

Make the filter box into an expanding/collapsing option (e.g., user clicks on the plus sign [+] FILTER RESULTS if they want to filter). Currently user sees the filter before getting familiar with the results displayed below.

No longer needed (filter/search bar is moving to faceted browsing feature, see mockups)
