Use relation graph in presences and absences queries #200

On the relation-graphs-data-model branch currently the presences.ttl output is empty and absences.ttl is incomplete. The SPARQL queries rely on the relation graph triples, but the file isn't provided to the query.

Should just provide the "redundant" file.
