Build date discrepancy with KB UI #265

There's a difference in the posted build dates between the KB UI https://kb.phenoscape.org (reports that data and ontologies in the KB were last updated on 6/22/2021) and rphenoscape:

Annotated taxa: 6540
Annotated characters: 14555
Annotated matrices: 256
Annotated states: 28461
Build time: 2022-07-06 22:24:38 PDT

Thanks for pointing this out; I need to update the site to use the same (newer) API that rphenoscape is using.
