Provide R wrapper for presence/absence evidence services #34

The KB API provides two service which accept a taxon IRI and an anatomical entity IRI and return character states entailing either presence or absence. @wdahdul would like to call these Rphenoscape.

@wdahdul can you comment whether and how important you would consider having this for the 2023 TraitFest? Not that it wouldn't be nice to have, but I'm really seeing it supported well by any of our major documented user stories.
