Fixed bulleted lists

The problem isn't the use of - (it's a valid alternative to *), but the lack of an empty line above the bullet point list. Omitting the empty line is accepted by GFM (Github-flavored Markdown), but isn't strictly Markdown-compliant. The vignette gets rendered to HTML by a Markdown parser, not Github.
