[ ] Ask Jorge to allow PC to receive emails (@sdumitriu)
[ ] Build email reception/forwarding infrastructure to handle emails to: username@phenomecentral.org (@sdumitriu)
[ ] Expose submitter username, match ID, username@pc.org contact email for matches (@buske)
[ ] Update remote-matching to support this (@allasm)

Closed in favor of using matchmaker@pc mailing list for now.

We don't need it right now but we may still want to implement this later, so that manual intervention for each match is not required. But not doing anything about this in the next few month as far as I understand.
