Missing refresh button in the similar cases section #15

The PC codebase works fine, the refresh button is there. Closing this as it cannot be reproduced on PC without remote matching. Will test again with the https://github.com/phenotips/remote-matching code and recreate+fix the issue there if needed.

Some issues with the refresh buttons came up in the latest build (see phenotips/patient-network#37), and were fixed in https://github.com/phenotips/patient-network/commit/2bfad1fe7c7ee039479b3a591db5935f0ccd8008 .
