VCF upload will be reimplemented in PhenoTips. A migrator needs to be added to switch from the current PhenomeCentral implementation.

VCF data is now up-to-date across patients on PC.

Specifically:

Old method was xwiki string(s) on patient object

All 'vcf' xwikistrings now unnecessary, removed those and associated xwikiproperties (migrated 3 records)
All 'vcf_file' xwikistrings now unnecessary, removed those and associated xwikiproperties New method is PhenoTips.VCF object on patient object, with filename/reference_genome strings
All 'reference_genome' xwikistrings that were 'hg19' were updated to 'GRCh37'
