The playground looks just like the regular page, but should not.

It should always show 'playground' prominently on every page.
The registration page should probably NOT have the following fields:
- "HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT / WHO REFERRED YOU TO PHENOMECENTRAL?"
- "WHY ARE YOU REQUESTING ACCESS TO PHENOMECENTRAL?"
- "I CONFIRM THAT I AM A DOCTOR, CLINICAL GENETICIST OR SCIENTIST WORKING WITH PATIENTS AFFECTED BY RARE DISORDERS."
