Removing collaborator permissions causes spinner forever. #30

Update happens after a little while, but UI doesn't show confirmation. Added new collaborator, clicked update. Went page to page, removed collaborator, clicked update, and then the spinner appeared and it stayed there without confirmation for at least 1min. Repeatable.

Might have been caused by ephemeral server issue or slow internet. Not reproducible.
