PatientPhenotypeExportService missing from build? #33

Getting DocumentDoesNotExist on dev build.

Hmm, this appears to exist at /bin/PhenoTips/PatientPhenotypeExportService, but the "/bin" is required, unlike in the main PC installation.

It also appears that get is not the default action, so "/bin/get" must be added.

This is part of the custom config, and will not be part of the build.
