Create a Care4Rare project #69

  1. Only users who have been added to the Care4Rare group will have the option of creating records within the Care4Rare project.
  2. Users who submit Care4Rare projects will maintain ownership of the record, may add other clinicians as collaborators, but will not add the Care4Rare group as a collaborator.
  3. A select group of Care4Rare project/group administrators (Taila, Chandree, Kym, etc.) will be able to generate and view a list of all records within the Care4Rare project.
  4. General Care4Rare group members will not be able to view records within the Care4Rare project.
  5. All current records withe Care4Rare or Care4RareAdmin as a collaborator will be transferred to the Care4Rare project and collaborators removed.
